Best Buy, American multinational consumer electronics retailer, with more than 1,800 stores around the world, specially in United States, and more than 40 stores in Mexico.
As part of the team of Best Buy, we had the opportinity to design the User Experience for the Ecommerce from the Homepage to the Confirmation Page, getting excellent results during the process.
The main goal was to improve and create new experiences for users, to speed up the purchase process identifying the key points into the flow.
Thanks to the awesome research and testing, we could get really good results when we deliveried the new purchase flows, we reduced a lot the time the user spends into the cart and getting more than 32% of growing of sells during the first year, this continues during 2019, gettin the best numbers in the history of Best Buy Mexico.
