UX Intranet and User Portal APP

Client

Is a leading global provider of insurance, annuities and employee benefit programs. Through its subsidiaries and affiliates, MetLife holds leading market positions in the United States, Japan, Latin America, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Context

As part of the team of D4, I had the opportinity to design the Intranet App for Metlife trying to reduce the times and give the companies all the tools they need to get or modify theirs insurances.

Goals

The main goal was to improve and create new experiences for users, to speed up the purchase process identifying the key points into the flow.

Process

For Intranet, the project was almost done, at least in dvelopment, we needed to integrate User Experience to the design trying to respect the developers job.

For User Portal App, the process was a little bit more complicated, we had to start with nothing, just the documents from vendors, the process was hard but the results were awesome.

Results

We got excellent results testing and asking to the user about the app, but we still working on that.
