Client

Is a leading global provider of insurance, annuities and employee benefit programs. Through its subsidiaries and affiliates, MetLife holds leading market positions in the United States, Japan, Latin America, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Context

As part of the team of IDS, I had the opportinity to design the User Portal for Metlife trying to reduce the times and give the users all the tools they need to get or modify theirs insurances.

Goals

The main goal was to improve and create new experiences for users, in this case vendors, to acelerate the purchase process with clients, identifying the key points into the flow.

Process

We didn't have too much time to make a user testing, but we had good metrics to start designing the new functionalities and launch the Beta versions to get numbers, fortunately we had excellents results.

Results

We got excellent results testing and asking to the user about the app, the time to cimplete the extensive process was reduced 50%.
