UX Ecommerce App

Client

HEB Mexico as part of HEB retailer, with more than 27 years in Mexico, and more than 87 stores around the country, specially in the north of Mexico.

Context

As part of HEB Mexico, I had the opportunity to colaborate creating new designs and user solutions for users, specially for the App, I created user flows, mockups and prototyping, I had the opportunity to see the results reflected in users.

Goals

As always the goal wast to reduce the time to shoppping and create good experiences for users, improving designs and new functionalities.

Process

One of the first steps is to consult the NPS survey, we work based on it, and making a mix between the NPS and business area, once we have the requeriment, we consult metrics and start the Methodology, create a proposal, evaluate it and try to have user testings, to analize the results and create improvements before launch the new functionality, trying to talk with business and development areas during all the process.

Results

Thanks to the excellent team work, we could improve and reduce the time to shop almost 60%, but the most important part was we could reduce the user complaints about the App, at the end we could apply this in the second brand of HEB Mexico: MI Tienda del Ahorro.
